HOW LONG ARE OUR DOG WALKS?

We offer dog walks in 15, 30, 45, and 60 minute visits.  The 15 and 30 minute visits are our most popular.  The visit time begins when we enter your home and ends when we leave.  The outside time will vary from dog to dog and depending on their specific need.  We will maximize the time outside weather permitting.

 HOW MUCH DOES DOG WALKING AND OTHER SERVICES COST?

Our dog walking starts at $22 for 15 minutes and goes up from there.  All prices include up to 2 dogs.  Please view our Services tab for additional pricing on all other services.

 DO YOU HAVE A MOBILE APP?

Yes!  We have a very comprehensive app available for our clients for iphone and Android.  You can see your schedule, communicate with your walker/sitter, add or cancel walks/services, see your invoices as well as pay them, see your daily reports from your walker/sitter along with any photos or videos they send you and more.  Once you sign up, you’ll receive an invitation to download the app.

 HOW DO I SCHEDULE SERVICES?

You can schedule most services through our app or you can email us any time.  We will get back with you promptly.  We also accept phone calls and texts during office hours.

 WHO WILL DO BACKUP IF MY REGULAR WALKER/SITTER IS NOT AVAILABLE?

If your normal daily walker or regular sitter is not available for a scheduled visit, one of our other walkers/sitters will provide backup as needed.  We will discuss this with you in advance of this being an issue.

 HOW DO I PAY?

Walkadoodles and Whiskers Pet Concicerge accepts credit card payments along with bank transfer payments all through our app/or website.  Cash is not accepted for payment, but you are certainly able to tip your walker/sitter with cash in person if you wish.

 DO YOU HAVE A CANCELLATION POLICY?

Yes, we do!  We ask that weekday cancellations be made within 3 hours of the booked service time or you will be subject to full charge.  For weekends, we ask that you cancel by 5pm the day before to avoid full charge.  In the case that your primary walker or sitter is unavailable and you wish to cancel within the late cancellation window, there will not be a charge assessed.

 ARE YOU ABLE TO GIVE MY PET MEDICATIONS?

Yes.  We are happy to do this.  We just need to go over this with you when we do our visit with you.  There is no additional charge for this.

WHAT IS YOUR WEEKEND AND HOLIDAY SCHEDULE?

Walkadoodles and Whiskers Pet Concierge is available for visits every day of the year. See our Holiday Pricing under our Services tab.  We do not provide “on call” care for weekends and holidays so please be sure to plan ahead and book early.

 WHAT OTHER PETS DO YOU CARE FOR?

We take care of cats and have a specific service for them listed under our services tab. We are a pet concierge service and we will be happy to help you with other pets that would include hamsters, birds, or fish while you’re away.

ARE YOUR WALKERS/SITTERS BACKGROUND CHECKED?

Yes, they are.  Applicants are all screened with an extensive background check that would include any sort of criminal record.
